Toronto, Ontario, October 7, 2013: Rodinia Lithium Inc.  (“Rodinia” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: RM), announces the appointment of Mr. David Stein to the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Stein will be instrumental in providing financial and strategic guidance to the Company in its continuing strategy of becoming a low-cost producer of lithium carbonate and potash from its Salar de Diablillos in Salta Province, Argentina.  The Company welcomes Mr. Stein to the Board and looks forward to working with him as the Company’s strategic focus is realized.
Mr. Stein is an investment manager specializing in natural resource assets and companies and is currently the President and CEO of Aberdeen International Inc., a global resource investment corporation and merchant bank trading on the TSX.  Apart from overseeing natural resource investments across the globe, Mr. Stein has also served on a number of public and private resource company boards with a specific focus on Latin America, Asia and Africa.  Prior to joining Aberdeen International, Mr. Stein was a mining equities analyst, director and member of the executive committee at Cormark Securities Inc.  Mr. Stein joined Cormark’s predecessor Sprott Securities Inc. in 2001 and gained experience with equity research, corporate finance and marketing.  Mr. Stein holds a Master of Science degree (Economic Geology) and Bachelor of Applied Science (Geological Engineering) from Queen’s University, and is a CFA charter holder.

(“Rodinia” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: RM; OTCQX: RDNAF) is pleased to report that sylvinite has been successfully produced and harvested at the Company’s 100% owned Diablillos lithium-potash brine project (“Project” or “Salar” or “Diablillos”) in Salta, Argentina.   Sylvinite, a potash and sodium chloride salt, has been harvested during operation of the pilot engineering program being conducted on site.  The results of the brine geochemical development during this pilot cycle was within the Company’s expectations and offers significant confirmation of the initial portion of the metallurgical process described in the Company’s Preliminary Economic Assessment conducted on Diablillos dated December 22, 2011 and filed on the SEDAR profile of the Company at www.sedar.com (the “PEA”).

This initial result from the pilot engineering program is from the first series of solar evaporation tests at ambient conditions of the Salar.  The evaporation was started May 2011 and concluded in April 2012.  The first series is one of five evaporation tests in progress.  Each test in pools and pans were started at different times of the year to see the effect of weather on the evaporation cycle chemistry.  The resultant brine from these evaporation tests will subsequently be processed for recovery of boron and lithium products.
The process engineering department continues to monitor the evolution of both the pools and pans installed on site at approximately 4050 metres above sea level.  As announced previously, a first stage of magnesium and sulphate removal has been completed, followed by successful removal of sylvinite in the ensuing step, confirming that potash is going to be a valuable by-product of an eventual lithium carbonate production facility.

Rodinia Lithium Confirms High Transmissivity and Effective Porosity of Brine-Containing Sediments With Initial Pumping and Tracer Test Results

is pleased to provide an update on progress at its Salar de Diablillos project ("Diablillos" or "Salar") located in Salta Province, Argentina. Results for the first series of pumping and tracer tests performed at Diablillos have been processed, resulting in high transmissivity and effective porosity values. The estimated total transmissivity is more than 300 m2/day with horizontal hydraulic conductivity of about 4 m/day. The estimated effective porosity is 15%. These parameters translate to higher recovery rates per well and an overall higher recovery of the in-situ brine in the event of production.

The resultant high transmissivity and effective porosity values, as determined by these tests, confirm Diablillos' very large recoverable resource, and allow us to estimate the well requirements for our upcoming Preliminary Economic Assessment, which we expect to be able to deliver in the fourth quarter of this year.

The pumping test site consisted of two pumping wells and four monitoring wells. Pumping tests were performed for 18 hours and 72 hours, using tracer dye injected in an observation well within the lower sediments to monitor brine flow, and a cyclone to neutralize the effects of the gas dissolution from the brine.
SRK Consulting ("SRK") was retained earlier this year to design and supervise the pumping tests as well as to complete the upcoming Preliminary Economic Assessment. SRK has a demonstrated record of accomplishment in undertaking independent assessments of mineral resources and mineral reserves, project evaluations and audits, technical reports and independent feasibility evaluations to bankable standards on behalf of exploration and mining companies and financial institutions worldwide. SRK has also worked with a large number of major international mining companies and their projects, providing mining industry consultancy service inputs. SRK is a leading international practice in due diligence, scoping, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies that employs seasoned specialists in each field of science, geology and engineering. Dr. Ugorets' areas of expertise are in design and optimization of extraction-injection wellfields, development of conceptual and numerical groundwater flow and solute-transport models, and dewatering optimization for open-pit, underground and ISR mines.

The Project is supervised by Ray Spanjers, Rodinia's Manager of Exploration. Mr. Spanjers is considered a qualified person, as defined by National Instrument 43-101, and has reviewed and approved the scientific and technical information in this release. According to the Company's sampling protocol, sample size is to exceed 500 millilitres and be stored in clean, secure containers for transportation. The prepared samples are then forwarded to the ALS Laboratory Group, Environmental Division, in Fort Collins, Co (USA) for analysis. A rigorous QA/QC program is implemented consisting of regular insertion of standards and blanks to ensure laboratory integrity.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 20, 2011) - Rodinia Lithium Inc. ("Rodinia" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:RM)(OTCQX:RDNAF) is pleased to provide an update on progress at its Salar de Diablillos Project ("Diablillos" or "Salar") located in Salta Province, Argentina. Diamond drilling on the Salar is ongoing, having completed six drill holes for a total of 1,008 vertical metres. Drilling consistently encountered sand and gravel dominant lithologies, with recoveries varying between 10% and 100%. Sections with high recovery were sent for granulometric analysis with results varying between 85% and 95% fine sand or greater diameter grain size.

During diamond drilling, brine was sampled using bailer tests, where one and one-half times the volume was removed before collecting the sample. D-DD-01 intersected 150 metres grading 521 mg/l lithium ("Li"), 5,254 mg/l potassium ("K"), 660 mg/l boron ("B"). This hole was drilled in the northeastern portion of the Salar where intersections consistent with the one observed in D-DD-01 are expected. Fractured basement was encountered from 189 metres to the end of hole. The fractured basement was saturated with lithium brine averaging 557 mg/l lithium.

We have now drilled and sampled the deposit with various different methodologies and have found consistent and positive results throughout. In addition, we have now completed our first pump test with final results expected shortly."

D-DD-02 encountered heavy artesian conditions limiting brine sampling to irregular intervals. However, all values collected between 42 metres and 156 metres depth averaged 510 mg/l Li. This hole was drilled in close proximity to D-RC-16, which also encountered heavy artesian conditions with brine values averaging 575 mg/l between 42 metres and 102 metres (for additional information please refer to press release dated January 13, 2011).

This is also the location of the first pump test which was successfully completed last week. Final reports on the pump test results are expected shortly and will be released accordingly.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 8, 2011) - Rodinia Lithium Inc. ("Rodinia" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:RM)(OTCQX:RDNAF) is pleased to announce results from its continued reverse circulation drill program at its Salar de Diablillos project ("Diablillos" or "Salar") located in Salta Province, Argentina. Continued drilling at Diablillos has resulted in further intersections of high grade lithium brine in the northwestern portion of the Salar, which management believes may have a positive impact on the recently defined resource estimate.

William Randall, President & CEO of Rodinia, commented "We are encouraged with high grade lithium results in areas that will have a significant impact on the potential of the property. DRC-19 shows that the high grade northwestern portion of the Salar is extensive and does not encounter fresh water on our property. This will be, in all likelihood, the focus of our development on the project and the location of our pumping test wells. This area coincides roughly with the high grade area defined by our auger drilling and includes such holes as D-RC-01 which intersected lithium values of up to 810 mg/l and returned averages of 713 mg/L lithium, 9,000 mg/L potassium, and 543 mg/L boron over the 120 metre drill hole depth (refer to Press Release dated September 17, 2010)."

DRC-18 intersected 54 metres averaging 647 mg/l lithium ("Li"), 739 mg/l boron ("B") and 7056 mg/l potassium (K) down to the bottom of the hole. This drill hole was collared in the north of the property outline towards the very west margin indicating mineralization right to the Salar margin to significant depths. The high grade brines encountered in this hole suggest that the northwestern portion of the deposit does not come in direct contact with fresh water sources, thus avoiding dilution problems in the event of sustained pumping in the future. In addition, the basements depths encountered exceed those predicted by the gravity survey.

D-RC-18 intersected basement gneissic rocks at 88.5 metres. The basement is thought to be highly fractured resulting in a permeable unit with high grade lithium-potash brines. Flow rates in the fractured basement were higher or comparable to the predominantly sand and gravel lithologies found uphole.

Two more exploration holes were completed in the southernmost portions of the property on the Salar margins and/or off the resource area. These holes were designed to test the potential continuity of the brine past the defined resource. These two holes (D-RC-19 and D-RC-20) did not intersect significant mineralization with grades up to 140 mg/l lithium.

DIAMOND DRILLING & SEISMIC SURVEY CONTRACTS SIGNED, EVAPORATION PANS INSTALLED
Rodinia is also pleased to announce that it has mobilized a diamond drill to its Diablillos property. The contractor has ample experience drilling in the tough Puna plateau conditions within sedimentary basins. The diamond drill will help refine the geological model of the basin stratigraphy as well as determine optimal placement of the pumping wells to be employed during the pump tests. The Company is currently finalizing the layout of the test and monitoring wells and will commence drilling them within the upcoming weeks. A minimum of two drills will be active on this work program to ensure expeditious results.

In addition, the Company has engaged a contractor to complete seismic profiles of the entire property. The results of the survey are thought to aid in the interpretation of the basement depth and shape, structural geology, and determine the continuity of the relatively minor clay layers encountered during drilling. The intent is to properly isolate the three aquifers to further understand the effect of sustained production in the event of commercial production.

Ray Spanjers, Manager of Exploration of Rodinia, commented "We expect to significantly refine and improve our understanding of the Diablillos deposit with this work program in order to accelerate completion of the Preliminary Economic Assessment. We have also installed four evaporation pans which, in conjunction with over 2 years of weather data from the immediate vicinity of the Salar, will allow us to accurately model the evaporation process and ensure we maximize our lithium and potash recoveries."

A sampling procedure was enforced by management to ensure sample integrity during the drill program. Where possible, brine and sediments samples were air lifted, and water restricted to the upper part of the hole before the water table was intercepted. Once brine bearing horizons were intercepted, drilling was halted and the drilling pipe lifted 2 feet or more to allow the total flushing of the internal pipe by means of air pressure for approximately ten minutes or until the brine appeared reasonably clean of sediment. After sufficient air lifting of the brine, a sample was collected in 500 ml sample bottles that had been washed three times with the brine. Liquid was also collected in five gallon buckets and the time of filling of the bucket recorded, in order to aid in quantifying the formational flow.

The Project is supervised by Ray Spanjers, Rodinia's Manager of Exploration. Mr. Spanjers is considered a qualified person, as defined by National Instrument 43-101, and has reviewed and approved the scientific and technical information in this release. According to the Company's sampling protocol, sample size is to exceed 500 millilitres and be stored in clean, secure containers for transportation. The prepared samples are then forwarded to the ALS Laboratory Group, Environmental Division, in Fort Collins, Co (USA) for analysis. A rigorous QA/QC program is implemented consisting of regular insertion of standards and blanks to ensure laboratory integrity.

The resource estimate reports an inferred brine resource of 932,000 tonnes of lithium (“Li”) metal, 10,404,000 tonnes of potassium (“K”) and 1,083,000 tonnes of boron (“B”), which is equivalent to 4,959,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent (“LCE”), 19,837,000 tonnes of potassium chloride (“PE” or “potash”) and 6,194,000 tonnes of B203 (“Boric Acid”). The project has an average magnesium to lithium ratio (“Mg:Li”) of 3.68 and an average sulphate to lithium ratio (“SO4:Li”) of 14.48.

Rodina Lithium discovers high grade lithium deposit on it's Argentina property.

TORONTO, ONTARIO, Sep 17, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Rodinia Lithium Inc. ("Rodinia" or the "Company") /quotes/comstock/11v!e:rm (CA:RM 0.32, +0.04, +14.29%) (), is pleased to report that it has discovered high-grade lithium and potash during its first reverse circulation drill program on its Salar de Diablillos lithium-brine project in Salta, Argentina ("Diablillos" or the "Salar"). The Company is encouraged by these results and believes, based on analysis and previously published data, that they may be indicative of a sizeable, continuous aquifer capable of becoming a producer.

Results from the discovery drill hole D-RC-01, the first drill hole completed on the project, intersected lithium ("Li") values of up to 810 milligrams per litre ("mg/L") and returned averages of 713 mg/L Li, 9,000 mg/L potassium ("K"), and 543 mg/L boron ("B") over the 120 metre drill hole depth. The hole, located in the north western portion of the salar nucleus, intersected lithologies primarily composed of sand and gravel, with coarser material encountered down hole. The zone continues to be open at depth and in all directions.



The lithium concentrations measured in the discovery drill hole range from 650 to 810 mg/L, demonstrating a remarkably even grade distribution over the aquifer, identifying the entire stratigraphic column as a potential producer. Samples were taken every six metres to ensure different characteristics of the brine column were captured, with the intention of identifying the horizons with the most potential for production. The geochemistry of the brine samples remained comparable to those encountered during auger drilling (see previous press release dated May 26, 2010), with average magnesium-to-lithium ratio of 3.7 and a sulphate-to-lithium ratio of 9.3.

Rodinia has completed 6 drill holes on the newly discovered Salar de Diablillos basin. Generally, the holes intersected unconsolidated sand and gravel saturated with high salinity brines. Flow rates in the sand and gravels have been highly variable ranging from 40 litres per minute to 1,080 litres per minute, including artesian conditions in some drill holes. The Company intends to provide updated information on the remaining discovery drill holes upon receipt of assay results from the laboratory.
